BBC Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour recently debated why there aren’t more women on panel shows with some surprising revelations – including the fact that comedy stalwart Jenny Éclair has never been asked on to Have I Got News For You. At Funny Women we’re passionate about promoting female comedy and showing that the ‘fairer sex’ can be just as funny as the men. Founder Lynne Parker recently shared her views on the differences between the female comedy scene in the UK and the US, as well as charity and panel shows on Huffington Post HERE. What do you think about her perspective on women in comedy?

Well… now there is a chance for you to air your views! Funny Women’s good friends at Blue Nun Wines want to know – who are your male and female comedy idols? Do you find funny women sexy? Is laughter important to you in your friendships? What are your favourite genres of comedy? Take Blue Nun’s survey HERE.

Not only do you get a chance to share your views, you could be in with a chance of winning two tickets to the Funny Women Charity Final at the Leicester Square Theatre on Monday 23rd September, or one of four cases of Blue Nun Sparkling Gold.  So, what are you waiting for?!  Woman or man, we want to know your thoughts.
