Susan Wokoma is set to star in a new BBC One short-form comedy-drama Cheaters, which follows what happens after a one-night stand.

Billed as “a sexy, messy, comedy-drama about morality and monogamy, and everything in between”, the show will take place across 18 ten-minute chapters and tell the story of a chance meeting between two twenty-somethings after a cancelled flight. The pair indulge in a drunken one-night-stand before admitting in the sober light of day they are both in relationships. Having agreed to go their separate ways they soon discover this will be difficult when it turns out they are neighbours…

Cheaters was created by writer Oliver Lyttelton and has been made by from Clerkenwell Films, Ted Lasso’s Elliot Hegarty directs and the cast also includes Callie Cooke, Jack Fox, Andrea Valls, Shiloh Coke, and Jay Lycurgo.

Cheaters is available from Tuesday 8th February on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
