Saima Ferdows started Creatives of Colour in 2019 out of sheer frustration with how little UK TV has progressed with using people of colour in front of and especially behind the camera. This led to some London based meetups to network, share skills and vent, which due to COVID-19, became Zoom workshops which have been organised into podcasts. Find out more here!
