Hilarious comedy duo, Freya Bennett and Lucy Regent, are back with a brand-new mission; to explore the weird and wonderful interests of a line up of special guests on their upcoming interview podcast, Big Little Interests!
Freya and Lucy, both comedy writers who met at the 2024 Big Comedy Conference, are now taking on the world of audio. In each episode, they invite a guest they admire to deep-dive into their unusual area of interest and curiosity around that subject, and where it fits into their wider picture of their lives.
Anything goes, from Anne Boleyn’s dog Purkoy, to limited edition Beanie Babies (check your attic, they’re worth a lot of money these days) to people on TikTok who own bobcats to competitive cheese eating and woefully unused musical instruments. Freya and Lucy want to hear it all, and the weirder the hyper fixation, the better!
With their first four episodes already filmed and wrapped, you can expect to see a variety of familiar faces. Guests range from side-splitting comedians like Steve Bugeja, Katie Pritchard and Suchandrika Chakrabati to TV personalities like Married at First Sight UK’s Emma Barnes.
