Russian born comedian Olga Koch has signed up with BBC Radio 4 to record a four-part comedy series called OK Computer, which follows on from her Radio 4 show Fight being broadcast on the service. Drawing from her education in computer science, Olga will examine technology’s impact on the world.
Olga said: “Bringing OK Computer to life on Radio 4 is an absolute dream come true! I am so excited, it simply does not compute!”
Those who caught Olga’s Edinburgh show last year If/Then will be pleased to learn that her artificial intelligence assistant Algo will feature in this mix of storytelling, stand up and interviews.
Executive producer Victoria Lloyd said: “We’re delighted to be working with Olga again. Her Radio 4 special Fight was brilliantly funny, and this series will delve even deeper inside her strange and wonderful comic mind.”
