You know you’re a 90s kid if you can sing the theme tune to Sister Sister (the original one, you’re also a 90s kid if you want nothing to do with the version sung by the twins), well 90s kids rejoice because Jackeé Henry – Lisa – confirmed that the show is getting a reboot, saying “I’m excited!” on Steve Harvey’s talk show.
Tia Mowry, who played… Tia in the show had mentioned to Us Weekly she and Tamera Mowry were in talks to revisit Sister Sister in November, saying: “My sister and I are taking meetings as we speak, so it’s definitely closer than ever to making this reboot happen. We are being told that they want it to be or happen next year in the fall.” Tia went on to say that she wanted the reboot to “really focus on sisterhood and the strengths and weaknesses of sisterhood.”
