Tessa Waters is probably the most free performer I have ever seen. This is the first time I have seen the bespangled woman on stage as herself rather than as WOMANz but this did not mean Tessa has cut down on the jiggling, sequins or ridiculous moves.
This really is an hour of absolute silliness. You won’t find any commentary on Brexit, Boris Johnson or Corbyn here, although it is a very valid response to 2016. Instead Tessa puts her Gaulier trained clowning to the test, shares some of her best mime moves, demonstrates impressive feats of strength and bendiness with fabulous stagecraft.
This isn’t a show so much as a party, so get a group of friends together and go see this award winning physical comic.
