Launched in 2015, Benefit Cosmetic’s initiative Bold is Beautiful has raised almost £300,000 to help women across the UK feel confident and empowered.
We here at Funny Women are dedicated to empowering women through comedy, and are very excited to be getting involved in the project.
We will be strutting our stuff as part of the Bold is Beautiful march, which is taking place on Sunday 8th May 2016.
That’s where you come in– we need all you brilliant, gorgeous funny women to come out in force this year to help celebrate and empower women by marching with us.
The project is raising money for two brilliant charities; Look Good Feel Better, dedicated to improving the self esteem and confidence of people undergoing treatment for cancer, and Refuge, helping women and children to rebuild their lives in the aftermath of domestic violence.
Set to be a lot of fun with checkpoints and treats around the course, sign up and represent Funny Women as part of a brilliant and worthwhile initiative, and have a laugh along the way.
