Sarah and Kate met at a children’s publishing company where they co-authored books about, in their words 'bird calls and boring paintings.' They write and perform improv together with the Wilmington Players. This is their first sketch show script together.
When asked what their script 'The Locker Room' being on the short list for the Comedy Writing Award felt like they told us:
“We couldn’t be more excited about getting through to the Funny Women final. Our sketches are based on our embarrassing experiences at school, and it’s nice to think that our humiliating pasts might lead to something we can be proud of.” Hear hear!!
