As we focus on taking the Funny Women Awards 2012 around the country, our Brighton team are gearing up for the next spectacular Brighton Nights this coming Saturday 14th July.

An integral part of Funny Women, the female comedic talent performing at our shows in Brighton is always top notch and promises another wildly entertaining evening at our regular venue Komedia.  Why not come and see for yourself?

As ever our next line up promises SIX fabulous female comedy acts some of whom are revving up for a run at the world famous Edinburgh Fringe Festival!

“All in all, a brilliant night filled with talented believable and beautiful women. Find a show near you!” says Broadway Baby of our show from May.

Hosting the show is the stunningly funny Suzy Bennett (2006 Funny Women Awards Winner) – a comedic powerhouse with her fearlessly strident comedy.

Performing alongside Suzy will be Taylor Glenn who proved to be very popular with our Brighton audience at a previous show, newcomer Jayde Adams with her take on opera, Awards finalist Janet Bettesworth, Rachel Anderson and the high octane, Luisa Omielan.

From eccentric comedy cabaret to hilarious character sketches, these acts encapsulate the tremendous variety that female comedy can bring and is steadfastly a must see!

As usual we will be holding a raffle for RISE, a local Brighton charity that supports women, children, young people and families who are affected by domestic violence in Brighton & Hove and across West Sussex.
