Continuing our impressive line-ups at the hands of our guest hosts and bookers, this Friday's London Nights showcase will be in the very capable hands of the fabulous Joy Carter.who  has put together a sparkiling show featuring some of her favorite stand-up comedy acts. Here’s what Joy has to say about what promises to be a fantastic night of stand up and musical comedy…

‘The night I have put together will showcase a diverse range of female comedians,’ says Joy. ‘Some often wrongly assume that all female acts are similar, through my choice I wanted to literally annihilate that stigma. Women Rock!’

Joy will be showcasing snippets from her new show 'Get Carter' with some glittering songs thrown in for good measure! Further musical comedy comes in the form of Jayde Adams. Her act has been described as ‘extreme musical comedy' which will leave you both shocked and in awe of her talents, extreme looks and opera voice.

This show will feature some brand new comedy from the brilliantly inventive and original Dawn Coxwell and brash, blonde and bold newbie, Sophie Richardson. From the Funny Women Awards we have Janet Bettesworth who delighted audience’s in the 2011 Final with her brilliantly unusual and original ventriloquism. The lineup also includes sweet, Swiss Sarcasm from Bianca Arlette and hilarious chat from Janine French with her mischievous take on life.

Headlining is Funny Women favorite and Awards finalist, Julie Jepson, "Intelligent stand-up that is instantly engaging. Truly fabulous." BBC.

This show will take place on Friday 25th May at the Leicester Square Theatre, doors 8.30pm, show 9.00pm. Tickets available HERE.
