Funny Women is teaming up with Tesco and Cancer Research UK's Race for Life and you'll be seeing some female comedy at various events around the UK over the next couple of months.
Race for Life is the largest women-only fundraising event in the UK. Since 1994, women of all ages and fitness levels across the UK have come together at these inspiring events to walk, jog or run to help beat cancer.
Since Race for Life began an incredible 5.4 million participants across the UK raised over £362 million to fund the work of over 4,000 researchers, doctors and nurses dedicated to helping more people beat cancer.
Race for Life have set a goal to get one million women on the move this summer so if you haven't yet registered to take part, please do so NOW! You don't have to run, you can walk, skip or dance your way around some great locations across the UK.
We've got a few surprises in store too – apart from fantastic female comedy, we want to hear from you. We've also set Suzy Bennett, our Awards winner from 2006, a bit of a challenge – she'll be taking part in various events around the country and you can read her blog HERE.
