Funny Women

The beginning of the year is the perfect time to get your business in order, Comedy Central knows this and has gathered together comedians for a digital series called Mother F**king Pep Talk, launching this Thursday 14th January.

The comedians helping you get it together are 2015 Funny Women Awards finalist Rosie Jones, 2017 Funny Women Awards winner Thanyia Moore, KG Tha Comedian, Bobby Mair and Munya Chawawa. We also spy Helen Bauer in there!

In every episode one of the comedians will reveal an embarrassing experience they have overcome and explain what techniques they have honed to help them cope, such as not comparing yourself to others, not being afraid to ask for help and working with your inner critic.

Executive producer Rebecca Hewett said: “There is no denying that 2020 was rubbish, and that 2021 is looking… well, still rubbish! So please join Comedy Central as we get some of the best comedians to give us their best aggressively positive pep talks to help us remember that we can do it.

“We’re so pleased to welcome these hilarious comedians to bring some much-needed joy back into our lives.”
