Shelf are Rachel and Ruby. Have you picked a favourite yet? Which one? I thought as much. This year the comedy duo want to know which of the pair the audience identifies with more; Rachel (liar…or is she?) or Ruby (apparently rather long-suffering, scared of white guys).
While this show is primarily about sketch, Rachel Watkeys Dowie and Ruby Clyde seem to be bringing the art of banter (in it’s pure form, rather than just a euphemism for lively sexist chatter) in their links between sketches and it’s really what brings the charm to their show as it’s how they best display their friendship.
The show is fun, silly and a bit rough and ready in a way only true friends can get away with.

Shelf is at the Free Fringe until 27th August at T Bar at 4.45pm. For more information click here!
