This Monday 15th June joing three friends in the kitchen catering for a wedding. They’re eating more of the food than they’re sending out in Prep at the Maria Björnson Outdoor Theatre.
Mostly kitchen-bound and wound up, Marcie, Eva and Rose chortle their way through a wedding of people who they don’t know and couldn’t really care less about. The bride looks like a standing lamp, but Eva’s brought a bag of bourbons with her so the day’s going to be fine.
This funny and warm play looks into friendship and how, even when you are struggling, there are good times to be had.
Audience members are welcome to bring their own food and drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and join the Brickhouse Theatre Company for an afternoon of revelry. Access will be via the side gate to 2 Adams Road, where the box office will be stationed.
