This year Funny Women is celebrating its 10th Anniversary and we're pleased to see that our germ of an idea from 10 years ago, is spreading into the consciousness of other promoters.  Yes, it's a fact that women really are funny!

We were delighted when What The Frock! launched in Bristol earlier this year and we've done our best to support and help promoter Jane get things going. It's one of several  'naughty little sister' female comedy brands springing up around the UK.

What the Frock! launched in May this year and comedy fans can return for a welcome second helping of oestrogen fueled mirth on Sunday 8th July. The show is also part of the Bristol Ladyfest and, with tickets great value at just £6 we suggest you buy them now – the link is HERE.

Compered by Rosie Wilby, who was a Funny Women Awards finalist in 2006, the line-up features Bristol's own Elf Lyons (who may or may not perform naked!), the fantastic Zahra Barri and double act O'Shea & Ogilvie (who we've heard great things about). Read more about all of the acts HERE.

As if comedy from five fantastic women wasn’t enough, What The Frock! have also secured exclusive access of The Lanes’ bowling alleys for all guests at a special reduced price, and word has it there will be an endless supply of tasty pizzas on the menu.

Great comedy and great food! Why would you miss out? Get ye to Bristol on Sunday 8th July!
