Why you think women leave corporate jobs after mid management?

Do they really just leave to ‘have babies’ or is there something else that drives them out?

Why is Lord Davies having to resort to the threat of quotas and is that threat enough?

Over 400 women have already had their say ….Eve-olution has extended its deadline especially for our readers so that you can add your voice to this significant landmark survey and share with your networks.

Hurry – survey closes this Monday 27th  February.

Eve-olution's landmark survey Women Leaders Speak Out to see if there has been progress for women in the workplace and invite you to take part.

In 2003 and again in 2005 opinions were gathered from over 600 women in senior positions in the UK which provided a wake-up call to corporate Britain and helped to shape the thinking on how to retain and promote women. Those women had something to say; it was honest, in parts alarming, and it brought the conversation out of the closet.

Your answers will remain anonymous. The results will be sent to the respondents, presented to the press and will be analysed by Tracey Carr in her key note speech at the JUMP Forum on April 26 in Brussels.

Tracey Carr is an International Professional Speaker and Peak Performance Coach. Tracey has a passion for advancing women in the workplace. Read more about her HERE.
