It's taken me a couple of days to write this and it's a testament to the originality and creativity of Bryony Kimmings that I'm still thinking about her show.  Part social experiment, part performance art, part comedy – it syncs into your psyche in a way that no other show I've seen up here at the Fringe has done.

The piece focuses on Bryony's relationship with alcohol and how it affects her performance and confidence as an artist.  The set looks like something out of Barbarella with Bryony herself dressed in a space-age suit for the first part and an amazing clown creation for the finale!  It's a confection for the eyes and mixes media, costume, set and music to brilliant effect.

This show was created in states of intoxication during a seven day scientific experiment where Bryony films herself creating art under the pressure of increasing amounts of alcohol.  The film of her experience provides the backdrop and there are songs and other visual devices to hold your interest.  It is a critic's feast and has had some rave reviews – even from hard bitten comedy writers!

Bryony deserves credit for breaking out of the mould and takes the whole concept of Performance Art into a new and comical space.
