In this interactive session, join us as we discuss how best to tell the stories that mean the most to you, and keep it on your terms. We’ll try and bust the myths around the role that intimate storytelling plays in comedy.
About this event
Our panel will be discussing how to make sure that you’re keeping yourself safe, how to balance pathos with stand up, and how to prepare for reactions from audience, peers and reviewers when sharing the most sensitive parts of yourself. These headers are just to name a few, and ultimately, it’s all down to you, so make sure you’re there to ask your burning questions!

Funny Women is a not for profit; Community Interest Company and provides a centre of excellence for comedy skills and training to enable a stronger representation in mainstream comedy through performance, new writing and creative development.
