Funny Women

We are back for Lockdown 2 sharing what online projects comedians are getting up to. Lockdown is a difficult time for everyone, but for comedians it means loss of income and opportunities to try out material and build audiences. Support your favourite funny women by buying them a Ko-fi, sharing links to their work and following them on their social media. Here is what we have spotted this week!

Jen Ives has a new podcast, Peak Trans. As the public discourse on trans people becomes more toxic in the UK, comedian and trans-woman Jen Ives is here to sort it all out, hun. Is JK Rowling The Devil? Can a man love a trans woman and still be straight? And can she get away with taking maternity leave at work? Find out by subscribing to Peak Trans here!

Comedy producer and director Saima Feadows is on Twitch, where you can catch up with her Watsonathon Date-a-thon or play House Flipper. To subscribe to her channel click here!

Is it too early to talk Christmas? Either way, Award-winning Comedian Katie Pritchard and her band The Daisy Chains have released a Christmas EP which you can download and listen to here!

If you are a comedian indoors getting creative then let us know!
