Funny Women

We are pleased to announce the finalists in the 2017 Funny Women Awards Best Show category as voted by YOU the audience! We invited the public to nominate their favourite female-led comedy shows, and these are the top three…

Girlfriend From Hell – Gabby Killick

What you had to say:

“Never have I related more to a female comedian and comedy show. This girl deserves this! The show is just laugh-out-loud from start to finish. She’s a super sassy senorita and the show fully deserves recognition!”

I Love Lou C – Lou Conran

What you had to say:

“A sensitive show with elements of ‘carry on’ humour and genuine pathos combined around a difficult subject.”

Good Girl – Naomi Sheldon

What you had to say:

“Not only hilarious but also moving. An astute and refreshing story about some of the very common and very harsh truths about growing up, and being a woman.”

We will be announcing the winner of Best Show Award at our Funny Women Awards Charity Final, as part of HeForShe Arts Week London for UN Women on Monday 12th March hosted by Jan Ravens. For more information and tickets click here!
