This February marks the 100th anniversary of the Representation of the People Act (6th February 1918), which began the inclusion of certain women in the political system in the United Kingdom.
To celebrate this, the run-up to International Women’s Day on 8th March and our Funny Women Awards Final on 12th March, we’re putting together a list, voted for by you, of the 100 funniest women in history! Comedians, writers, politicians, presenters, historians…funny women from every field!
You can vote through our social media channels using the hashtag #100FunnyWomen.
We’ll announce the 100 Funniest Women, as voted by you, on Thursday 8th March, just ahead of our 2017 Funny Women Awards Charity Final #FWAwards2017 #CharityFinal in support of UN Women HeForShe Arts Week on Monday 12th March.
We can’t wait to see who you pick!
