Whether your idea of fundraising is about getting on your bike or a walk in the park there's a way for you to help raise money for the wonderful charity Refuge. The charity helps women and children escape from domestic violence, providing shelter and assistance to rebuild a new life free from abuse. Refuge is working towards a world in which domestic violence is eliminated.

You can help them achieve this by raising money to keep the Refuge shelters going by joining Team Refuge

Pick from two different starting points, Lee Valley Velopark or Crystal Palace, you can also choose to cycle the shorter 60km route. When you register to take part in Nightrider you will receive a free Refuge t-shirt, a fundraising pack full of tips on fundraising and reaching your target as well as nutrition advice and a training plan. Sounds good? You can register here!

If travelling by foot is more your thing then you might like to take part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon for Refuge on Sunday 11th October 2015. The 13.1 mile run begins and ends in Hyde Park and covers some of London's most beautiful Royal Parks.
