We are pleased to announce that we are sponsoring the Laugh category at this year's Brilliance in Blogging Awards, created by Britmums.

The shortlist has been whittled down to just six finalists, and we have to admit, we're having some trouble deciding who is the funniest of them all!

In the running are Actually Mummy, the diary of a loquacious schoolgirl, Best Dad I Can Be, a look at the funny side of life from a Dad's point of view, Goodbye Pert Breasts, the diary of a newborn Dad, Northern Mum, tales from a Northerner stuck in the South, Not a Notting Hill Mum, currently hamster hunting and The Kraken Wakes, she's angry so you don't have to be!; all of whom have astounded us with their parenting wisdom and razor sharp wit.

The winner will be crowned at BritMums Live, on  Friday 21st of June, which we're lucky enough to be attending.

Our very own funny mummy (and founder and executive producer!) Lynne Parker will also be there on the day running a comedy writing workshop at 3.30pm. So if you fancy being in with a chance at next year's Brilliance in Blogging Awards in the Laugh category, come on by and learn how to be absolutely hilarious with the written word!
