Rob is in IT and works in the City mainly for the insurance industry.

In the past, Rob has been the frontman for a band, acted in Shakespeare’s Macbeth and generally taken any opportunity to get up in front of an audience. He has a good falsetto voice and has been known to break out into song singing Wuthering Heights in the style of Kate herself, which can be painful… for Rob and whoever’s listening.

Rob says: “I’ve taken on this challenge with a mixture of enthusiasm and terror as it is quite different from anything I have done before. I relish the challenge though and feel particularly satisfied that it’s for charity. Let the fun commence”.

Rob is raising money for The Victoria Foundation. The Victoria Foundation offers support in four key areas: mobility aids for children, medical bursaries, accessible transport, and medical treatment. The Victoria Foundation works hard to improve the lives of those who need medical care, and aid the training of future generations of doctors.
