2015 Funny Women Awards winner Desiree Burch is the host of a brand new Channel 4 dating show that sets up throuples, called The Golden Triangle.

In the show, Burch will invite a couple and a single person to get to know each other before deciding whether they want to ‘three or not to three’.

Show producers Firecracker Films cite research which says 38% of 18-24 year olds would like a polyamorous relationship, but: “For many couples hoping to throuple-up, actually agreeing on who the third person should be is notoriously difficult. Today’s wannabe throuples are in need of a helping hand… The Golden Triangle is here to help matchmaker.”

This the second dating show Burch has been involved in, the comedian narrates Too Hot to Handle.
