BBC Radio 4 is to record a pilot called Bameshow, a panel show which will feature comedians of colour, hosted by 2015 Funny Women Awards winner Desiree Burch.

No-one knows we’re not white.” The a new format promises to poke fun at “tokenism, unconscious bias and just plain old racism, Desiree and the cast intend to go bravely (and mischievously) where others fear to tread.”
