Black-ish creator Kenya Barris has a third spin-off of the hit show in the works starring Laurence Fishburne and Jenifer Lewis as Earl and Ruby Johnson in Old-ish.
The show will see the pair moving to a gentrified LA neighbourhood in a bid to give their relationship another chance. “they’ll meet characters who represent the old and new faces of the community as they try to make it work as a married couple. Again”.
Old-ish joins Grown-ish and Mixed-ish the spin-offs from Black-ish which stars Tracee Ellis-Ross. It is being developed by Americas ABC network.
