Comedy queens Mindy Kaling and Tina Fey have both secured new pilots with NBC.

Mindy Kaling has a (Mindy) project ahead of her, the Oceans Eight star is developing a pilot for NBC with The Mindy Project’s executive producer Charlie Grandy. The single camera comedy is about a young man, Vince, a “charismatic gym owner with no ambition who lives with his younger brother Michael, a gorgeous idiot.” Mindy Kaling will play Priya, Vince’s high school fling and mother of his unknown teenage son.

Tina Fey will be executive producer on The Sackett Sisters, by Brooklyn Nine-Nine writer Luke Del Tredici – which probably means it will be very funny and rather silly, 30 Rock alumni Robert Carlock is also involved. The pilot is about estranged sisters who get involved in an act of heroism, bringing them awkward public notoriety and bringing them together.

No cast has been announced for The Sackett Sisters but…guys, Amy Poehler and Tina Fey yeah? Yeah.
