What do you do when you are one of the world’s leading cosmetic brands and faced with a month of World Cup football fever? You mix it all up with a classic London pub and create a oasis where you can get your brows arched, drink a mohito and watch the latest match, of course!
London’s most beautiful pub, Gabbi’s Head, situated in Covent Garden’s Drury Lane in the heart of central London and created by Benefit Cosmetics, opened for business last night. Guests were given an exclusive sneak preview before it opened to the public today for the duration of the Brazilian championship.
Television presenter and passionate sports star Kirsty Gallacher and Benefit Cosmetics welcomed a host of celebrity fans to the VIP launch at the kick-off of the beautiful game, including Samantha Barks, Amber Atherton, Marina Diamandis, Diana Vickers, Nina Nesbitt and Leah Weller. Plus Benefit’s very own royalty were in attendance – Ian Marshall and Gail Borjarski – along with Funny Women founder, Lynne Parker.
Kirsty was spotted pulling pints for VIP guests and featured in last night's Evening Standard HERE.
Until 13th July, football lovers and Benefit fans can visit the ultimate football haven for women, (we are promised that it will be free of burly men spilling pints!), and receive complimentary brow waxes, skin care sessions, tanning and make-uppers.
Guests can view screenings of all major games, take part in wine tastings, win free Benefit products and choose from a delicious menu of international cocktails and food.
Entertainment is high on the agenda too with a full programme including karaoke, bingo, music and a series of open mic comedy nights (courtesy of some Funny Women faves, of course!).
There’s also a customized table football pitch and dart board for you to take out your frustrations when your team loses!
