Get your skates on. There's only one week left to register for the Bupa 10K for Refuge!
Runners of all abilities are welcome, so don't worry if you aren't going to give Paula Radcliffe a run for her money. The event is bought to you by the London Marathon Ltd and even takes in some of the 2012 Olympic Marathon course!
You can take in the views of some of London’s most famous landmarks including Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and the London Eye, and Buckingham Palace.
Once you have registered you will receive:

Refuge is Funny Women's charity of the year. The charity is largest single provider of specialist domestic abuse services. The statistics are shocking, one in four women will experience domestic violence at some point in their lifetime. By taking part you can help support Refuge to aid 3000 women and children a day.
