The Maydays: Confessions

There’s nothing we love more than a good helping of improvised comedy – if you’ve ever come down to one of our Funny Women Players playdates you’ll know how much fun it can be! The Maydays have got to be one of our favourite groups – as Brighton’s premier improv collective they’ve been delighting audiences everywhere with their maverick off-the-cuff humour.

Confessions, which recently returned from a successful run at Edinburgh Fringe Festival, takes audience stories and secrets during the show and turns them into improv songs and sketches. With a different audience – and therefore a different set of confessions – every show, you can be sure that no two outings are alike!

If you weren’t lucky enough to make it to the Fringe this year, never fear – this weekend has a double helping of the Maydays at Komedia on Friday 6th and Saturday 7th September. And even better – there are still a handful of half price tickets for both dates! With a show this brilliant, that leaves you no excuse not to get down and see them.

You can catch the Maydays this weekend, on Friday 6th and Saturday 7th of September at Komedia, Brighton. Doors are at 7:30pm for an 8pm show.
