Following its successful run up in Edinburgh last year, Vikki Stone returns to the Soho Theatre with Hot Mess, an hour of musical comedy and stand-up.
Vikki’s career has been a rollercoaster – having trained at the Royal Academy of Music, she’s featured in a variety of musicals and theatre productions, appeared on television on numerous occasions and even fronted ad campaigns for Yakult, Fiat and Tena Lady! However, several sell-out runs and an internet sensation later (her Phillip Schofield Song was listed by the Huffington Post as one of their Top Ten Viral Videos ), it appears she’s definitely found her niche. Vikki’s routine is a highly-charged mix of musical comedy and stand-up that’s acerbic, witty and outrageous by turns.
Expect big laughs from a rising name that’s as musically talented and innovative as she is hilarious. After a sell-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe, Hot Mess looks set to be an unmissable show – grab your tickets while you can!
“The audience were almost crying with laughter.” – The Guardian
“Bette Midler for the Adele generation.” – Sunday Herald
“Terrific… A woman to watch!” – Scotsman
You can catch Hot Mess at the Soho Theatre, Thursday 28th – Saturday 30th March at 8pm.
