Pacey joke-telling, wry anecdotes, and sharp observations got a lot of laughter from a little room. Dana Alexander plumbs the personal, the political, the cultural, and the Grandma being on Facebook in a real hard-hitting standup style (the last being a particular highlight of the show).
The relentless pace does flag slightly towards the end without any over-arching themes or narrative to push the momentum onwards after forty minutes of sitting in a small, hot room.
Overall, however, this is a tight, well-crafted show delivered with well-justified confidence.
What Dana talks about: BNP BBQs, Tottenham, lying to children, Grandma on Facebook
