Funny Women

It has been only a couple of weeks since the Funny Women Awards Final and already our winners, Thankless Child, are topping the bill along with some big comedy names. Liz Black and Freya Slipper will be performing alongside acts including Jo Brand next Monday, October 18th, at the prestigious Comedy Store in the heart of London’s West End. This event is in aid of the Family Planning Association. Also performing that night are Matt Green and Mark Thomas.

And it doesn’t end there! Thankless Child are being kept on their toes as the following Monday, October 25th, they are to make an appearance at the Leicester Square Theatre for a fundraiser night held by Women In Journalism in aid of Z2K, a charity who help people in extreme poverty. This night will be hosted by the one and only Sandi Toksvig and has a cracking line-up along with the likes of Shazia Merza,  Helen Lederer, Jackie Clune, Annabel Giles and Viv Groskop.

If you fancy coming to any of these events, details on where to purchase tickets are below….
